Employment Agency (BA). Another criterion is that you should prove the expertise in the German
language. If you gain a permanent residence permit, your spouse and child get a temporary
residence permit.

Yes. You can bring your spouse and children to Germany soon after you arrive in Germany. For
moving to Germany, your spouse needs a German language certificate of A1 level.
